改善玉米秸秆板材阻燃性的有效途径

摘要:以水玻璃为无机胶凝材料与玉米秸秆进行复合得到玉米秸秆板材。采用无机盐溶液对玉米秸秆碎料颗粒进行预处理,按适当比例加入超细滑石粉、超细二氧化硅等辅料,得到阻燃性能、强度优异的玉米秸秆板材。实测氧指数为41%,燃烧性能达到A(A2)级;内结合强度为0.73 MPa,优于GB/T 12626.4—2015《湿法硬质纤维板第4部分:干燥条件下使用的普通用板》标准要求。

An effective way to improve the flame retardancy of corn straw board

Abstract:In this paper,corn stalk board was prepared by combining water glass and cornstalk. Corn stalk granules were pretreated by inorganic salt solution,and ultrafine talcum powder,superfine silica and other auxiliary materials were added in proper proportion. By this way,it's flame retardancy and internal bonding strength were improved. The measured oxygen index is 41%,the combustion performance reaches A(A2) grade,and the internal bonding strength is 0.73 MPa,which is better than the requirements of standard GB/T 12626.4—2015 "Wet Hard Fiberboard Part 4:Common Plates Used under Dry Conditions".
