风积沙基烧结透水材料的制备

摘要:以风积沙为骨料、废玻璃粉为烧结粘结剂、污泥为赋形剂和造孔剂、黏土为助粘结剂,经高温烧结制备了风积沙基透水烧结材料。研究了风积沙掺量、废玻璃粉掺量、烧结温度和保温时间等因素对烧结材料透水率和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,当风积沙、废玻璃粉、污泥、黏土掺量分别为60%、15%、18%、7%,烧结温度950 ℃,保温时间50~60 min时,所制透水砖的抗压强度大于35 MPa,透水系数大于17×10-3 cm/s。透水性和抗压强度符合 JC/T 945—2005《透水砖》标准要求。

The preparation of the sand based sintered permeable materials

Abstracts:The sand based sintered permeable materials was prepared through high heat sintering sith sand as aggregate,waste glass powder as sintering binder,sludge as the excipient and pore-forming agent,and clay as binder. The influence of main factors such as the sand content and waste glass powder content,sintering temperature and holding time on permeable rate and the compressive strength of sintered material was studied. Experimental results show that when sand additive amount was 60%,waste glass powder was 15%,sludge was 18%,clay was 7%,and sintering temperature was 950 ℃,holding time was 50~60 min,the compressive strength of sintered materials is more than 35 MPa,permeable coefficient is greater than 17×10-3 cm/s. The water permeability and compressive strength meet the requirements of standard JC/T 945—2005 "Permeable Brick".
