基于表面平均温度的建筑门窗保温性能测试方法研究

    摘要:国内门窗传热系数目前是在实验室通过基于热功率的标定热箱法进行测试,测试时冷热箱之间可近似作为一维稳态传热处理,试件和标准板的保温性能与其热箱侧的表面温度密切相关。理论推导出了标准板和试件热箱侧表面平均温度与其传热系数的关系,将基于热箱侧表面平均温度的测试结果与传统的基于热功率的测试结果进行比较。结果表明,基于热箱侧表面平均温度的测试方法可得到较为准确的标准板或试件保温性能,研究为传统的基于热功率的门窗保温性能测试结果提供了一种校验方法,并为门窗保温性能测试提供了一种新的思路。

Application of surface average temperature in thermal insulation performance testing of building doors and windows

    Abstract:At present,the heat transfer coefficient of doors and windows in China is measured by the calibration hot box method in the laboratory. The heat transfer state between cold and hot boxes can be approximated as one-dimensional steady-state heat transfer treatment when calibrated hot box method is used. The thermal insulation performance of the specimen and standard plate is closely related to the surface temperature of the side of the hot box. The relationship between the average temperature of the side surface of the standard plate and the specimen and its heat transfer coefficient is deduced theoretically,and the results of the average temperature of the inner surface are compared with those of the traditional test. The results show that the thermal insulation performance of standard panel or specimen can be obtained by means of the average temperature of the side surface of the hot box. The research provides a new method and a new testing idea for the test results of the thermal insulation performance of doors and windows.
