核磁共振法测试外墙外保温系统构造层孔隙的实验研究

    摘要:利用核磁共振技术测试了薄抹灰外墙外保温系统在自由吸水过程的整体和分层T2谱信号,研究了外墙外保温系统构造层在水分迁移过程中的含水量和孔径分布特征。结果表明:试件含水量与核磁共振激发后接收的信号幅值成正比,据此可实现无损测试外墙外保温系统水分迁移过程;分层T2谱测试可获得外墙外保温系统不同构造层的含水量和孔隙分布规律;外墙外保温系统的不同孔径孔隙的体积随孔径呈双峰分布,保温层材料中孔隙的体积占总体积的绝大部分。

Experimental study on determination of porosity of structural layer of external thermal insulation composite systems by nuclear magnetic resonance method

    Abstract:The whole and layered T2 spectrum signals of the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) with rendering in the free water absorption process were tested by NMR technology. The water content and pore size distribution characteristics of the structural layer of ETICS during the water migration process were studied. The results show that the water content of the test specimen is proportional to the amplitude of the signal received after the NMR excitation. According to this,the moisture migration process of the ETICS can be measured. The layered T2 spectrum test can obtain the water content and pore distribution of different structural layers of the ETICS. The volume of different pores of the ETECS has a bimodal distribution with the pore size, and the pore volume of the insulation material accounts for the vast majority of the total volume.
