先张法新型U梁混凝土配制技术研究

    摘要:青岛地铁R3线工程高架采用先张法新型U梁体结构,设计强度为C55,U梁混凝土要求高早期强度、弹性模量、耐久性,低早期抗裂性及良好外观质量。采用低水胶比、合理的掺合料组合、掺加聚丙烯纤维的方法配制符合要求的U梁混凝土,通过研究骨料级配、砂率、水胶比、胶凝材料组成、聚丙烯纤维、外加剂组份对混凝土工作性能、强度、弹性模量、耐久性、早期开裂性及外观质量的影响规律,优选出符合地铁新型U梁性能指标要求的混凝土配合比,保障了工程质量。

Research on concrete preparation technology for the pretensioned new U-beam

    Abstract:The concrete strength grade of new U-beam structure with elevated pre-tensioning method for R3 line of Qingdao Metro is C55,the concrete for which shall have high early strength,modulus of elasticity,durability,low early crack resistance and good appearance quality. The U-beam concrete was prepared by low water-binder ratio,reasonable mixtures and polypropylene fibers. This paper optimizes the mix proportion that meets the requirements of various performance indexes of new U-beam concrete by studying the influence of aggregate gradation,sand ratio,water-binder ratio,cementitious material composition,polypropylene fiber and admixture. Through the above research,the project quality of Qingdao Metro R3 line is guaranteed.
