盾构渣与砖混再生集料道路基层混合料性能的研究

    摘要:研究了盾构渣与砖混再生集料道路基层混合料的性能,首先测试了盾构渣和砖混再生集料性能指标,然后在不同水泥掺量以及不同盾构渣与砖混再生集料组成比例条件下,测试了混合料试件的力学性能、抗冲刷性能与干缩性能。结果表明:增加水泥掺量能提高混合料的力学性能、抗冲刷性能,但其提高效果因盾构渣掺量而不同;另外,增加水泥掺量使混合料的干缩变大,而增加盾构渣掺量能减少混合料的干缩。

Research on performances of cement stabilized shield slag and brick-concrete recycled aggregate base

    Abstract:This paper focuses on the performance of shield slag and brick-concrete recycled aggregate road base material. Firstly,the performance indexes of shield slag and brick-concrete recycled aggregate are tested,and then under conditions of different cement content and different shield slag composition ratios,the mechanical properties,anti-erosion and dry shrinkage were tested. It was concluded that increasing the cement content can improve the mechanical properties and anti-erosion performance,but its improvement effect varies with different shield slag content. In addition,adding the amount of cement may increase the dry shrinkage of the mixture,while increasing the amount of shield slag can reduce it.
