矿山压滤尾砂对瓷砖胶性能的影响研究

    摘要:采用矿山压滤尾砂取代瓷砖胶中的细骨料,研究了不同压滤尾砂取代率对瓷砖胶性能影响。结果表明,随着压滤尾砂取代率的增大,瓷砖胶的干密度渐降低,湿密度逐渐增大。当取代率为30%时,抗滑移性能最佳。压滤尾砂对瓷砖胶的拉伸粘结性能有所改善,当取代率为20%时,拉伸粘结性能符合JC/T547—2017要求。SEM分析表明,掺加压滤尾砂后,瓷砖胶内部结构更为致密,水化产物更加丰富。

Influence of mine filter pressing tailings on performance of tile adhesive

    Abstract:The influence of mine filter pressing tailings on performance of tile adhesive after replacing sand with different replacement ratios was studied in this paper. Results indicated that with the increase of replacement ratio of filter pressing tailings,the dry and wet density of tile adhesive is gradually reduced and increased separately. The best replacement ratio of anti-slip performance of tile adhesive is 30%. The tensile adhesion strength of the tile adhesive has been improved with the filter pressing tailings. When the replacement ratio reaches 20%,tensile adhesion strength can meet the requirements of standard JC/T 547—2017. From SEM analysis,the internal structure with adding filter pressing tailings of the tile adhesive is more dense and the hydration product is more abundant than normal tile adhesive.
