有机增稠剂对后张法预应力管道压浆料性能的影响

    摘要:压浆料的稳定性是影响压浆料施工性能,确保预应力结构安全性和耐久性的重要技术参数,主要研究了纤维素醚、淀粉醚和麦芽糊精3种有机增稠剂对压浆料浆体稳定性、流动度及凝结硬化性能的影响。结果表明:3种有机增稠剂均能提高浆体的稳定性,其中淀粉醚掺量为0.011%时,压浆料的初始、0.5 h和1.0 h流动度最佳,分别为15.1、15.9、16.7 s;当麦芽糊精掺量为0.15%时,压浆料终凝时间大于24 h;当淀粉醚掺量为0.009%时,压浆料的抗折、抗压强度最高,分别为13.8、71.3 MPa。综合考虑压浆料的各项性能,建议选用淀粉醚作为压浆料的有机增稠剂,最佳掺量为0.009%~0.013%。

Influence of organic viscosity-enhancing admixtures on post-tensioned pre-stress duct grouting material

    Abstract:The stability of the duct grouts is an important technical parameter that affects the performance of the duct grouts and ensures the safety and durability of the pre-stress structure. In this paper,the effects of three organic viscosity-enhancing admixtures,cellulose ether,starch ether and maltodextrin,on the stability,fluidity and setting and hardening of the duct grouts were studied. The results showed that three organic viscosity-enhancing admixtures improve the stability of the duct grouts,when the content of starch ether was 0.011%,the fluidity of the initial duct grouts,0.5 h and 1.0 h was the best,which were 15.1 s,15.9 s and 16.7 s respectively,when maltodextrin content is 0.15%,the final setting time of the duct grouts exceeds the standard requirement of 24 h. When the starch ether content is 0.009%,the flexural and compressive strength values of the duct grouts are the largest,respectively 13.8 MPa,71.3 MPa. Considering,it is found that starch ether is more suitable as a viscosity-enhancing admixtures for duct grouts,and the optimum dosage is 0.009%~0.013%.
