海工水泥修补材料的性能及其在跨海大桥中的应用

    摘要:为有效修复海洋环境下劣化混凝土结构的完整性,研制了一种海工水泥修补材料(MM),对其各项性能进行了测试,并与普通水泥修补材料(OM)进行比较。结果表明:90 d内MM的抗折、抗压和粘结强度分别较OM提高45%~80%、100%左右和25%~35%。同时,28 d龄期MM的电通量是OM的20%,具有良好的抗氯离子渗透性能。MM的水化产物中Ca(OH)2含量远低于OM,并且MM粘结界面过渡区的水化产物组成相较于OM得到改善。

Performance of marine cementitious repair materials and its application in a sea-crossing bridge

    Abstract:To restore the integrity of the degraded concrete structure in marine environment effectively,a marine cementitious repair material(MM) was developed and its properties were tested,and ordinary cement repair material(OM) was used as a control. Results showed that the flexural strength,the compressive strength and the bond strength of MM were 45%~80%,about 100% and 25%~35% higher than those of OM within 90 days respectively. At the same time,the electric flux of 28 d MM was 20% of OM,indicating relatively good resistance to chloride ion penetration. Moreover,the calcium hydroxide content of MM was much lower than that of OM,and the hydration product composition at the bonding interface of MM may be improved compared to OM.
