铁尾矿在地聚合物制备中的利用研究

    摘要:以湖北黄石地区铁尾矿为主要基质原料,并添加偏高岭土、碱激发剂制备地聚合物,研究了铁尾矿预处理方法、激发剂、养护条件等因素对铁尾矿地聚合物性能的影响。结果表明:铁尾矿低温活化后具有一定的自硬性;将活化铁尾矿与偏高岭土按一定比例混合,以水玻璃为碱激发剂制备的地聚合物28 d抗压强度达40 MPa以上。XRD、SEM分析结果表明:经过预处理,铁尾矿中石英态SiO2含量降低,有利于地聚合物中形成更多的无定形物质。

Utilization of the iron tailings to prepare geopolymer

    Abstract:Geopolymer was prepared with iron ore tailing in Huangshi,added by metakaolin and alkaline substance. The effects of iron tailing pretreatment method,alkali-activator,curing condition on the properties were studied. The results show that the iron tailings have a certain degree of self-cementing after low temperature activation. The geopolymer prepared with certain mix ratio of activated iron tailings and metakaolin and using water glass as alkali activator has a 28 d compressive strength of more than 40 MPa. XRD and SEM analysis results showed that the content of quartz SiO2 in iron tailings decreased after pretreatment,which was beneficial to the formation of more amorphous materials in the geopolymer.
