建筑固废再生骨料在普通抹灰砂浆中的应用研究

    摘要:再生骨料内部孔隙率大、吸水率高,将再生骨料应用于抹灰砂浆中,对抹灰砂浆抗压强度影响不大,但对2 h稠度损失影响较大。用再生骨料替代天然骨料,替代率小于50%时,2 h稠度损失率小于15%。再生骨料吸水率大于天然骨料,通过替代部分天然骨料配制抹灰砂浆的质量损失率分析可以得出,再生骨料高的吸水率在抹灰砂浆内部形成内养护,在一定程度上降低抹灰砂浆的收缩率,提高抹灰砂浆的抗开裂性和耐久性。

Research on application of construction waste recycled aggregate in ordinary mortar

    Abstract:The recycled aggregate has large internal porosity and high water absorption rate. It has little effect on the compressive strength when applied in the plastering mortar. However,it has a great influence on the 2 h consistency loss. We conducted the experiment by replacing the natural aggregate with the recycled aggregate. The result shows that the 2 h consistency loss is less than 15% when the replacement rate is less than 50%. Through the analysis of the mass loss rate of the plastering mortar with different mixing ratio of recycled aggregate mortar and natural aggregate,it is concluded that the high water absorption rate of the recycled aggregate forms internal curing inside the plastering mortar,which reduces the shrinkage rate of the plastering mortar to a certain extent,which improves the crack resistance and durability of the plastering mortar.
