玄武岩纤维对植物纤维页岩烧结砖性能的影响

    摘要:通过试验测试植物纤维(5%秸秆纤维)页岩烧结砖在不同玄武岩纤维掺量下的抗压强度、导热系数、显气孔率、吸水率、体积密度等性能,分析玄武岩纤维掺量对植物纤维页岩烧结砖力学及物理性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着玄武岩纤维掺量增加,页岩烧结砖的抗压强度逐渐提高,导热系数及体积密度逐渐降低,显气孔率及吸水率变化幅度小且无明显规律性。

Effects of basalt fiber on properties of plant fiber shale sintered bricks

    Abstract:By testing the compressive strength,thermal conductivity,apparent porosity,water absorption and volume density of plant fiber (5% straw fiber) shale sintered brick with different content of basalt fiber,the paper analyzes the influence rule of different content of basalt fiber on mechanical and physical properties of plant fiber shale sintered bricks. The experimental results show that when the content of basalt fiber increases,the compressive strength also increases. At the same time,the thermal conductivity and volume density gradually decreased. The apparent stomatal rate and water absorption rate had little variation and no obvious regularity.
