钢渣粉掺量对泡沫混凝土物理力学性能的影响

摘要:通过设计掺量为0~50%的钢渣粉替代水泥,制备钢渣泡沫混凝土,分析在标准养护条件下,钢渣泡沫混凝土密度、干燥收缩和热工性能。试验结果表明:随着钢渣粉掺量的增加,泡沫混凝土的净浆流动度、初凝时间和终凝时间呈逐渐增加的趋势,各龄期的抗压强度呈先提高后降低的趋势,各龄期干燥收缩量和干燥收缩率基本呈先增大后减小再增大的趋势,干密度、吸水率和导热系数都呈逐渐增大的趋势。综合分析,泡沫混凝土的最佳钢渣粉掺量为胶凝材料质量的20%。

Effect of different content of steel slag powder on basic physical and 
mechanical properties of foamed concrete

Abstract:By replacing the cement with steel slag powder with 0~50% dosage,the steel slag foamed concrete test block is made, and its compressive performance,drying shrinkage performance and thermal performance under standard curing conditions are analyzed. The test results show that with the increase of steel slag powder,the fluidity,initial setting time and final setting time of foamed concrete increase gradually,the compressive strength of each age increases first and then decreases,the drying shrinkage amount and drying shrinkage rate at each age increased first and then decreased and then increased. The dry density, water absorption and thermal conductivity of foamed concrete were all of gradually increasing trend. After analysis, the optimum steel slag content of foamed concrete is 20% of the cementitious material.
