乳化沥青防水涂料粘结强度的影响因素研究

摘要:研究探讨了沥青乳化剂种类、不同类型改性乳液、制样方式、涂刷次数、涂膜间隔时间和测试方法等对乳化沥青防水涂料粘结强度的影响。结果表明:慢裂型乳化沥青与水泥基面粘接更好;制样方式和涂刷次数对涂料粘结强度影响较大;制样A法和B法对粘结强度同样存在影响,且单个试验结果的离散程度差大;不同类型乳液性能差异较大,要根据产品性能的侧重点,有针对性地选择乳液改性乳化沥青。

Study on factors affecting adhesive strength of emulsified asphalt water-proof coating

Abstract:This article studies the influences of different types of asphalt emulsifiers,different types of modified emulsion,different making pattern,different number of paintings and interval time and different specimen preparing method on adhesive strength of emulsified asphalt water-proof coating. The results show that the slow-breaking emulsified asphalt has better adhesion on cement base plane. Different making pattern and different number of paintings have remarkable effect on adhesive strength. Based on the results,the specimen preparing method A and B have effect on adhesive strength. And the degree of dispersion of individual experimental results is quite different. The different types of modified emulsion have maximum difference on properties. And it is necessary to select a suitable modified emulsion based on the focus of product performance.
