纳米氧化硅溶胶改性锂基防水剂的制备及性能研

摘要:采用不同粒径的纳米氧化硅溶胶制备改性锂基防水剂,研究了防水剂在不同强度等级混凝土中的防水性能。结果表明:氧化硅溶胶掺入到防水剂中提高了混凝土的防水性能,掺入15%复合溶胶时所得防水剂的防水性能最好;防水剂可降低不同强度等级混凝土试件的吸水率,其中C20混凝土的48 h吸水率降幅最大;随着混凝土强度等级的提高,防水剂在混凝土中的渗透深度减小,防水剂在C20试件中的渗透深度为12.5 mm。

Preparation and performance of lithium-based waterproofing agent modified by nano-silica sols

Abstract:Modified lithium-based waterproofing agent was prepared by nano-silica sols with different particle sizes,and its waterproofing performance on concrete specimens with different strength grades was studied. The results show that the waterproofing performance of waterproofing agent was improved by adding nano-silica sols,and the waterproofing performance of waterproofing agent with 15% composite sols was the best. The water absorption ratio of the specimens with different strength grades was reduced with application of the waterproofing agent, and the 48 h water absorption ratio of the C20 specimens had the largest reduction. The penetration depth of waterproofing agent in the specimens decreased with the increase of the strength grade,and the penetration depth in C20 specimen was 12.5 mm.
