聚丙烯塑料坡口焊缝在承受地下水压荷载下的相

摘要:研究坡口焊形式焊缝的聚丙烯塑料用于地下工程防水结构,旨在探索塑料焊缝承受水压荷载与结构内力之间的计算数学关系。结果表明,抗水压破坏应力σf与理论本构应力σv存在σf·β≤σv的关系,其中β为关系系数因子,这一结论为聚丙烯塑料用于内衬防水工程中提供方法和思路,同时为工程设计提供参考数据。

Study on the correlation calculation relationship of polypropylene plastics groove weld under ground water pressure load

Abstract:The waterproofing structure used in underground engineering of polypropylene weld seam with groove welding is studied. The purpose of this paper is to explore the computational mathematical relationship between hydraulic load and internal force of plastic weld. Studies have shown that water pressure failure stress σf and theoretical constitutive stress σv have the following relationships:σf·β≤σv,where β is the factor of relation coefficient. This conclusion provides the method and idea for the application of polypropylene plastic weld in lining waterproof engineering,and also provides reference data for engineering design.
