装配式混凝土结构用高性能钢筋套筒灌浆料制备

摘要:采用快硬硫铝酸盐水泥、硅酸盐水泥和石膏三元胶凝材料复配体系,制备高性能微膨胀钢筋套筒灌浆料,研究了硫铝酸盐水泥与硅酸盐水泥复配比例、水胶比、硅灰掺量、骨料品种对灌浆料流动性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:硫铝酸盐水泥与硅酸盐水泥复配能提高灌浆料的早期抗压强度,当复配比例为2∶8时,1、3 d抗压强度分别达到35.7、61.7 MPa;随水胶比增大,灌浆料流动度增大,抗压强度下降,水胶比为0.26时,灌浆料的初始流动度为335 mm,1、3、28 d抗压强度分别为36.0、61.7、90.6 MPa;适量硅灰能提高灌浆料强度,硅灰掺量为3.0%时,各龄期抗压强度最高,1、3、28 d抗压强度分别为36.9、63.6、92.1 MPa。

Preparation and properties of high performance cementitious grout for prefabricated concrete structure

Abstract:In this paper,a high-performance micro-expansion cementitious grout was prepared by using a combination of sulphoaluminate cement,Portland cement and gypsum. And influence of compounding ratio of sulphoaluminate cement and Portland cement,water-binder ratio,silica fume content and aggregate type on the fluidity and mechanical properties of the grout was studied. The results show that,the combination of sulphoaluminate cement and Portland cement can improve the early compressive strength of grouting. When the compounding ratio is 2∶8,the 1 d and 3 d compressive strength is 35.7 MPa and 61.7 MPa respectively. The fluidity of grouting increases with increasing water-binder ratio,and the compressive strength decreases. When the water-binder ratio is 0.26,the initial fluidity of grout is 335 mm,the 1 d,3 d,and 28 d compressive strengths are 36.0 MPa,61.7 MPa,and 90.6 MPa respectively. Silica fume can enhance the grouting strength. When the silica fume content is 3.0%,the compressive strength of grouting reaches the maximum,and the 1 d,3 d and 28 d compressive strengths are 36.9 MPa,63.6 MPa and 92.1 MPa respectively.
