载体包裹材料对微生物矿化修复混凝土裂缝效果

摘要:膨胀珍珠岩表面多孔,吸附能力强且具有稳定的化学性质,可以作为自修复混凝土中微生物的优良载体。但由于其表面开口,导致混凝土裂缝产生之前,内部吸附的孢子会提前遇水激活,消耗营养物质,影响修复效果。基于此,采用偏高岭土地聚合物、水泥浆等对膨胀珍珠岩载体进行包裹,研究了包裹方式对膨胀珍珠岩载体物理性能和掺入混凝土后自修复效果的影响。结果表明:包裹偏高岭土地聚合物的膨胀珍珠岩筒压强度和堆积密度最高,包裹水泥浆的膨胀珍珠岩24 h吸水率和体积漂浮率最小;整体上裂缝修复效果为无包裹组>水泥浆组>偏高岭土地聚合物组;综合考虑,应当采用水泥浆对膨胀珍珠岩进行包裹。

Influence of carrier wrapping materials on concrete crack repair effect by microbial mineralization

Abstract:Expanded perlite with porous surface,strong adsorption capacity and stable chemical properties can be used as an excellent carrier of microorganisms in self-healing concrete. However,due to the open holes on the surface of expanded perlite,spores adsorbed inside will be activated in advance by water,before concrete cracks are generated,consuming nutrients and affecting the repair effect. Based on this,it was put forward that the method of wrapping expanded perlite carrier with metakaolin geopolymers and cement paste,and studied the effect of the wrapping method on the physical properties of expanded perlite carrier and self-healing effect after added in concrete. The results show that the cylinder compressive strength and stacking density of expanded perlite packed with macaolin geopolymers were the highest,and the 24 h water absorption and floating rate of expanded perlite packed with cement slurry were the lowest. As a whole,the repair effect was:no wrapping group>cement slurry group>metakaolin geopolymers group. Generally speaking,the expanded perlite should be wrapped with cement slurry.
