磷建筑石膏复合胶凝材料的制备与性能研究

摘要:以磷建筑石膏为主要原材料,复掺水泥和矿渣制备磷建筑石膏复合胶凝材料,研究了缓凝剂掺量、胶凝材料比例、水胶比和减水剂掺量等4个因素对磷建筑石膏复合胶凝材料性能的影响。结果表明:4个因素对磷建筑石膏复合胶凝材料的性能均有显著影响。随着缓凝剂掺量的增加,复合胶凝材料的凝结时间延长,力学性能降低;随着矿粉掺量的减小,复合胶凝材料的凝结时间延长,强度提高;随着水胶比的减小,复合胶凝材料的表观密度和强度增大;随着减水剂掺量的增加,复合胶凝材料的表观密度、软化系数和强度逐渐增大,吸水率降低。

Preparation and properties of composite binders based on calcined gypsum from phosphogypsum

Abstract:In this paper,composite binders based on calcined gypsum from phosphogypsum were prepared from calcined gypsum from phosphogypsum,with addition of ordinary Portland cement and granulated blast furnace slag. The influences of the dosage of retarder,cementitious material ratio,water-binder ratio and water-reducing agent on physical and mechanical properties of composite cementitious materials were systematically studied. The results indicated that the four factors have significant effects on physical and mechanical properties of composite cementitious materials. With the increase of the dosage of retarder,the setting time of composite binders is prolonged,but the mechanical property is also decreased. With the decrease of slag content,the setting time is prolonged and the strength are increased gradually. In addition,the apparent density and strength increased with the reduction of water-binder ratio. With the increase of water-reducing agent,the apparent density and strength of composite cementitious materials gradually increase,the softening coefficient shows an upward trend,and the water absorption rate decreases.
