高地温隧洞砂浆强度特性试验研究

摘要:针对高地温隧洞的喷层受力特点,考虑到纤维对水泥基材料的改性作用,开展不同温度条件下室内砂浆试件的抗折强度试验。设计1组素砂浆试件和3组不同的纤维砂浆试件,成型后分别在25、45、60、80、90、100 ℃下养护,测试得到各类砂浆强度随温度及龄期的变化规律,并进行机理分析。结果表明,纤维砂浆的抗折强度整体高于素砂浆;高温养护下各类纤维砂浆早期强度提高较快,后期增长缓慢,与常温相比抗折强度整体下降。纤维的掺入对于高温养护降低砂浆的后期强度而言起到相应的改善作用。

Experimental study on high-temperature tunnel mortar strength characteristics

Abstract:In view of the stress characteristics of the shotcrete layer in the high-temperature tunnel and the modification effect of the fiber on the cement-based material,the flexural strength test of the mortar specimen under different temperature conditions in the laboratory was carried out. 1 set of plain mortar specimens and 3 sets of different fiber mortar specimens were designed. Specimens were maintained at 25 ℃,45 ℃,60 ℃,80 ℃,90 ℃,100 ℃. The variation rule of the strength of each kind of mortar with temperature and age was obtained,and the mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that the flexural strength of fiber mortar was higher than that of plain mortar. Under high temperature curing,the early strength of fiber mortars increased rapidly,and the later strength grew slowly while the flexural strength reduced compared to that under normal temperature curing. Fiber incorporation can improve the strength of mortar after high temperature curing.
