成型压力对氢氧化钙碳酸化效果的影响

摘要:通过温湿度监测、立方体抗压强度测试、XRD及SEM,分析了成型压力对Ca(OH)2碳酸化反应效果的影响。试验表明,8 MPa压力下成型的氢氧化钙试块碳酸化反应最剧烈,具体表现为碳酸化反应过程中碳化釜内温度及湿度更高;当成型压力由10 MPa上升至14 MPa时,立方体抗压强度与质量变化率均明显降低;在8 MPa成型压力下方解石最强衍射峰峰形尖锐且半高宽小,此时Ca(OH)2与CO2反应生成的方解石呈椭球型。

Influence of molding pressure on carbonization effect of calcium hydroxide

Abstract:Influence of molding pressure on Ca(OH)2 carbonation reaction was analyzed by temperature and humidity monitoring,cube compressive strength testing,XRD and SEM test. The conclusions are as follows:calcium hydroxide test block formed under 8 MPa exhibited the most violent carbonation reaction,which is reflected in the high temperature and humidity in the carbonation kettle during the carbonation reaction process. When the molding pressure increases from 10 MPa to 14 MPa,the cube compressive strength and weight gain rate both decreased obviously. For 8 MPa molding pressure,the strongest diffraction peak of calcite exhibited sharper front and smaller half height and width,and the calcite generated by Ca(OH)2 reacting with CO2 presents ellipsoidal shape.
