火山渣混凝土复合自保温砌块的试验研究

摘要:火山渣混凝土复合自保温砌块是以火山渣混凝土为基材制备承重框、内部填充发泡水泥为芯材制备而成。为优化火山渣混凝土复合自保温砌块的性能,研究了提高芯材发泡水泥抗压强度的方法、火山渣混凝土抗压强度的影响因素和复合自保温砌块抗压破坏形态及抗压强度的影响因素。结果表明,掺入适量硅灰和聚丙烯纤维可以提高芯材发泡水泥的抗压强度;分析砌块抗压试验破坏形态和抗压强度可知,砌块基材强度、组合方式和垂直度是影响火山渣混凝土砌块抗压强度的主要因素。

Experimental study on volcanic slag concrete composite self-insulating block

Abstract:Volcanic slag concrete composite self-insulating block is made of volcanic slag concrete as base material to prepare load-bearing frame and foamed cement as core material. in order to optimize the performance of the composite self-insulating block made of volcanic slag concrete,the methods of improving the compressive strength of foamed cement core material,the influencing factors of the compressive strength of volcanic slag concrete,the compressive failure form and the compressive strength of the composite self-insulating block are studied in this paper. By changing the content of silica fume and polypropylene fiber,it is found that the compressive strength of foamed cement can be improved by adding appropriate amount of silica fume and polypropylene fiber. By analyzing the failure mode and compressive strength of block in compressive test,it is considered that the strength of block base material,the combination mode and verticality are the main factors affecting the compressive strength of slag concrete block.
