早强木纹装饰砂浆板的制备与性能研究

摘要:通过改变胶凝材料组成制备早强木纹装饰砂浆板,并测试了不同胶凝材料体系下复合水泥砂浆的初凝时间、力学性能及耐久性能。结果表明:随硫铝酸盐水泥掺量的增加,复合水泥的初凝时间呈先减小后增大的趋势;硫铝酸盐水泥的掺加对砂浆早期力学性能和干缩性能有不同程度的改善作用,但对28 d龄期的力学性能和耐磨性存在不利影响。与基准组相比,当硫铝酸盐水泥掺量为50%时,复合水泥砂浆的初凝时间降低84.1%,早期抗折和抗压强度分别提高47.5%和80%,耐磨性降低2.97%,28 d收缩降低42.3%。

Study on the preparation and properties of high early-strength wood grain decorative cement mortar board

Abstract:The early-strength wood grain decorative cement mortar board was prepared by changing the binder compositions,and its initial setting time,mechanical and durability performance under different cementitious systems were also examined. The obtained results indicate that with the increasing dosage of sulphate aluminum cement(SAC),the initial setting time of blended cement mortar decreased first and then increased. The early-age mechanical property and drying shrinkage of the mortar were improved to a certain degree by the addition of SAC while the 28 d mechanical performance and the abrasive resistance reduced. Compared with base group,when 50% of SAC was used,the initial setting time of blended cement mortar decreased by 84.1%,the early age flexural and compressive strengths increased by 47.5%,80% respectively. The abrasive resistance was reduced by 2.97% and the 28 d drying shrinkage dropped by 42.3%.
