纳米隔热复合PVB材料光热性能研究

摘要:通过球磨法将纳米透明隔热材料分散到乙醇中,再添加到乙醇溶解的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)树脂中,经烘干形成纳米隔热复合PVB材料,可以用作建筑安全玻璃的透明隔热夹胶片。分析了PVB中加入ATO(掺锑氧化锡)和TiN(氮化钛)作为隔热材料的光学性能,并对纳米隔热材料配伍进行了优化。结果表明,通过添加微量TiN,可节省42.5%的ATO用量,而可见光透射比高于40%,遮阳系数为0.51。

Study on optical and thermal properties of nano-insulation composite PVB materials

Abstract:The nano-transparent heat-insulating material is dispersed into ethanol by ball milling,and then added to the ethanol liquid of PVB(polyvinyl butyral) resin. After drying,nano-insulation composite PVB material can be used as transparent heat-insulating clip film for safety glass for construction. In this paper,the optical properties of ATO(antimony-doped tin oxide)
and TiN(titanium nitride) as thermal insulation materials are analyzed,and the compatibility of nano-insulation materials is
optimized. By adding a small amount of TiN,the amount of ATO can be saved by 42.5%,the visible light transmittance is higher than 40%,and the shading coefficient is 0.51.
