防沉剂对氟硅酸盐体系无碱速凝剂性能的影响

摘要:将自制防沉剂加入到氟硅酸盐体系无碱速凝剂中,研究了防沉剂添加量对无碱速凝剂稳定性、凝结时间、抗压强度和水泥适应性的影响。结果表明:防沉剂可有效提高氟硅酸盐体系无碱速凝剂的稳定性;加入适量防沉剂对水泥的凝结时间和胶砂抗压强度无不利影响,有利于无碱速凝剂的推广应用。

Effects of rheological agent on properties of alkali-free accelerator with fluosilicate

Abstract:Alkali-free accelerator was prepared with fluosilicate,and then rheological agent was added into alkali-free accelerator as modifier. The influences of the dosage of rheological agent on stability of accelerator,setting time of cement paste and compressive strength of mortar as well as the adaptability with cement were investigated. The results showed that rheological agent could improve the stability of alkali-free accelerator. It had no adverse effect on the setting time of cement and the compressive strength of mortar,which was helpful for its polularization and application.
