一种降黏型聚羧酸减水剂的合成与性能研究

摘要:通过在主链引入一种不饱和烷基磷酸三酯单体,使所得聚羧酸减水剂分子呈杂环状多支化结构,增大聚羧酸减水剂吸附层厚度,可以显著降低混凝土的塑性黏度,同时不影响聚羧酸减水剂的减水性能。经高强度等级混凝土应用结果表明,该产品可提高高强度等级混凝土的泵送性能,混凝土的各项性能指标良好。

Research on synthesis and performance of a viscosity-reducing type ploycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:In this study,a kind of alkyl phosphate triester monomer is introduced in the ploycarboxylate superplasticizer chain,this ploycarboxylate superplasticizer molecules show a heterocyclic multibranched structure. The structure can increase the thickness of adsorption layer while significantly reduce the plastic viscosity of concrete,meanwhile not affecting the water reducing performance of polycarboxylic superplasticizer. The application of this product in high grade concrete also indicates that the performance indexes of concrete are all good,which improves the pumping capacity of high grade concrete.
