寒冷地区既有居住建筑外围护结构改造节能优化研究

    摘要:以郑州地区某既有居住建筑为对象建立模型,应用DeST-H进行建筑能耗模拟分析,研究应用模塑聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板、聚氨酯泡沫板及石墨聚苯板4种保温材料在不同厚度下节能改造方案对建筑能耗的影响,进一步综合考虑外窗和屋面的节能改造,并结合经济性分析,提供合理的外围护结构改造方案,为寒冷地区既有居住建筑节能改造提供参考。

Optimization research on renovation of existing residential building envelope in cold area

    Abstract:An existing residential building in Zhengzhou is used as a model building to analysis the effect of building energy by the use of four kinds of insulation materials,such as molding of polystyrene(EPS)and extruded polystyrene(XPS),polyurethane (PU) foam and graphite polystyrene(SEPS) in different thickness,calculated by the use of DeST-H. Further comprehensive considering the renovation of windows and roofs,and the analysis of economic,to provide reasonable renovation schemes of building envelope and provide basis for the cold areas existing residential building energy-saving renovation.
