催化剂对泡沫混凝土性能及微观结构的影响

    摘要:研究了催化剂种类[MnO2、Fe2O3、CuCl2、Ca(ClO)2]和掺量对泡沫混凝土干密度、抗压强度、吸水率的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜观察泡沫混凝土的微观结构。结果表明,催化剂掺量相同时,MnO2对泡沫混凝土的性能影响最为显著,其次是Fe2O3、CuCl2、Ca(ClO)2。催化剂的加入使得泡沫混凝土的干密度减小、抗压强度降低、吸水率增大。催化剂改善了泡沫混凝土的微观结构,使其气孔形状更加规则、分布更为均匀,其中MnO2的改善效果最好。

Effects of catalysts on the mechanical properties and microstructures of foam concrete

    Abstract:The influence of catalysts on the dry density,compressive strength and water absorption of foam concrete were studied through changing the type and the dosage of the catalysts [MnO2、Fe2O3、CuCl2、Ca(ClO)2] and the microstructure of foam concrete was observed by SEM. The results showed that when the same amount of catalyst was added,the MnO2 had the most significant effect on the performance of foamed concrete,followed by Fe2O3,CuCl2 and Ca(ClO)2. At the same time,the addition of catalyst made the dry density of foam concrete decreased,the compressive strength decreased and the water absorption increased. The use of catalysts can effectively improve the microstructure of foam concrete and make the shape of pores more regular and more evenly distributed,among which MnO2 has the best effect.
