外墙陶瓷砖饰面的耐久性提升

摘要：针对外墙饰面陶瓷砖不断发生的空鼓脱落现象，从墙体构造、破坏界面进行研究分析，阐述了夏热冬暖地区围护结构外墙对防水的要求，对外墙瓷砖脱落的原因进行了分析，通过减少围护结构外墙的构造层次，赋予粘结材料的防水功能特性，对提升外墙饰面砖的耐久性提出思考和建议。

Durability improvement of exterior ceramic wall facing

Abstract：With the problem of swelling and dropping of exterior ceramic wall facing，through analyzing the walling construction and interface failure，this paper illustrated the waterproof requirement of retaining structure of exterior wall in hot summer and warm winter area. Meanwhile this article analyzed the dropping behavior of exterior ceramic tiles and reduced structure levels of exterior retaining structure to endow adhesive material with waterproof characteristics，which provide a new insight of improving durability of exterior wall facing.
