低品位全珊瑚骨料混凝土的力学性能及耐久性能研究

摘要:采用筒压强度为3.72 MPa的低品位珊瑚骨料配制LC30及LC50全珊瑚骨料混凝土,研究了低品位全珊瑚骨料混凝土的基本力学性能及耐久性能。结果表明:与火山渣轻骨料混凝土、普通混凝土相比,珊瑚骨料混凝土的fc/fcu显著偏大,劈裂抗拉强度比火山渣轻骨料混凝土提高20%~30%,与普通混凝土基本持平,弹性模量介于普通混凝土与火山渣轻骨料混凝土之间;珊瑚骨料混凝土3 d收缩率仅为普通混凝土的43%,约为火山渣轻骨料混凝土的111%;抗氯离子渗透性次于普通混凝土而优于火山渣轻骨料混凝土,护筋性能不如普通混凝土。

Research on mechanical properties and durability of low-grade coral concrete

Abstract:LC30 and LC50 concrete were prepared with low-grade coral aggregate with a cylinder crushing strength of 3.72 MPa. Mechanical properties and durability of low-grade coral concrete are systematically studied. The results showed that compared with volcanic slag lightweight aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete,the fc/fcu ratio of coral concrete is significantly larger;the splitting tensile strength fsp is higher than that of the volcanic slag lightweight aggregate concrete,which is basically the same as the ordinary concrete;the elastic modulus of coral concrete is between that of ordinary concrete and volcanic slag lightweight aggregate concrete;the shrinkage of coral concrete is only 43% of that of ordinary concrete and 111% of that of volcanic slag concrete;the resistance to chloride of coral concrete is inferior to ordinary concrete and superior to volcanic slag concrete,therefore its performance of steel-protection is not as good as ordinary concrete.
