火山渣全轻混凝土改性试验研究

    摘要:针对采用火山渣制备的全轻混凝土存在易分层离析、泌水严重等现象,导致其工作性能差、强度偏低等问题,提出了在拌制火山渣全轻混凝土时掺入玄武岩纤维、粉煤灰、引气剂来提升其工作性能及其力学性能的技术措施。试验结果表明:玄武岩纤维、粉煤灰、引气剂可有效抑制火山渣全轻混凝土粗骨料的上浮现象,减小新拌火山渣全轻混凝土的分层和泌水,改善其工作性能,提高其强度。

Experimental study on modification of volcanic slag full light concrete

    Abstract:For the full light concrete prepared by using volcanic slag,there are phenomena such as delamination and segregation,serious bleeding,resulting in poor work performance and low strength. Technical measures for improving the working performance and mechanical properties of basalt fiber,fly ash and air entraining agent when mixing volcanic slag full light concrete are proposed. The test results show that basalt fiber,fly ash and air entraining agent can effectively inhibit the floating phenomenon of volcanic slag full light concrete coarse aggregate,reduce the stratification and bleeding of fresh volcanic slag full light concrete,and improve its working performance,increase its strength.
