青岛地铁车站主体结构抗裂混凝土研究与应用

    摘要:为解决青岛地铁混凝土抗裂性与耐久性设计矛盾,保障结构自防水性能,预防与控制收缩开裂,结合侧墙混凝土监测数据进行开裂机制分析,基于混凝土水化速率与收缩性能协同调控技术,通过一系列的热力学变形试验研究制备出满足泵送施工及高耐久性要求的低温升抗裂混凝土,并在实际工程中应用。结果表明,抗裂混凝土能显著降低结构温峰与降温速率,通过增大温升及降温阶段的膨胀变形补偿收缩,降低开裂风险,在青岛地铁混凝土收缩裂缝控制中取得良好的应用效果。

Research and application on crack-resistant concrete for main structure of Qingdao Metro Station

    Abstract:In order to solve contradiction between crack resistance and durability of concrete for Qingdao subway,the self-waterproof performance of structure is guaranteed and shrinkage cracking is prevented and controlled. The monitoring data of sidewall concrete was combined to analyze cracking mechanism. On this basis,based on synergistic control technology of hydration rate and shrinkage performance,a series of thermodynamic and deformation tests was studied and the low-temperature rise and anti-cracking concrete that meets requirements of pumping construction and high durability was prepared,finally anti-cracking concrete was applied in practical engineering. The results showed that anti-cracking concrete can significantly reduce temperature peak and cooling rate,further compensate shrinkage by increasing expansion deformation of temperature rise and cooling stage,the risk of cracking can be reduced. Good application effect has been achieved in control of shrinkage crack of Qingdao metro concrete.
