氟硅酸钾容量法定量测试硅藻泥中二氧化硅含量

    摘要:用氟硅酸钾容量法对硅藻泥中二氧化硅含量进行定量测试。硅藻土中无定型二氧化硅的碱溶性质与结晶型二氧化硅不同,可以在碱溶液中溶出。根据碱溶前后样品中的二氧化硅含量,计算硅藻泥中无定型二氧化硅含量。该方法重复性好,变异系数(RSD)为1.49%~4.21%,适用于硅藻泥中二氧化硅含量的定量测试。对49个硅藻泥样品中二氧化硅含量进行测试,二氧化硅含量在0.8%~27.2%,平均值为7.7%,结果表明,不同来源硅藻泥之间二氧化硅含量差异很大。

The application of potassium fluosilicate volumetric method for quantitative determination of silicon dioxide content in diatom ooze

    Abstract:The potassium fluosilicate volumetric method for quantitative determination of silicon dioxide content in diatom ooze was researched. Alkali solubility of amorphous silicon dioxide in diatom ooze is different with crystal silicon dioxide and can be dissolved in alkaline solution. The content of amorphous silicon dioxide in diatom ooze can be calculated according to the silicon dioxide content of samples before and after dissolving in alkaline solution. Test results show that the method has good reproducibility with the relative standard deviations(RSD) of 1.49%~4.21% and is suitable for determination of silicon dioxide
content in diatom ooze. Forty-nine diatom ooze samples were determined and the content of silicon dioxide were 0.8%~27.2% with average content of 7.7%. Results show that there is significant difference of silicon dioxide content in different samples.
