新型聚羧酸高性能纳米籽晶早强减水复合剂的制备及性能研究

    摘要:研发了一种新型聚羧酸高性能纳米籽晶早强减水复合剂(NZ-01),其制备工艺简单,所得溶液状态均匀稳定无沉淀。其最佳工艺参数为:常温条件下,底料中的早强型聚羧酸减水剂(ZQPC-01)酸醚比为4,稳定剂中超长侧链梳形聚羧酸早强减水剂(ZQPC-S5)的酸醚比为2,分散剂聚乙二醇用量为硝酸钙质量的1.5%,滴加时间2 h,滴加完成后高速剪切5 min。混凝土应用试验结果表明,掺加NZ-01能促进生成更多的C-S-H凝胶,加快水泥水化进程,显著提高混凝土的早期强度,后期强度无倒缩,不影响混凝土的耐久性。

Preparation and properties of a novel polycarboxylate high performance nano-seed crystal early strength water reducing composite

    Abstract:This paper developed a new type of polycarboxylate high-performance nano-seed early-water-reducing composite(NZ-01),which has a simple preparation process and uniform and stable precipitation. Optimum process parameters:under normal temperature conditions,the early-strength polycarboxylate water reducer(ZQPC-01) has a ratio of acid to ether of 4,and the ultra-
-long side chain comb-shaped polycarboxylic acid early strength water reducer in the stabilizer(ZQPC-S5) acid ether ratio is 2,
dispersing agent(polyethylene glycol) is 1.5%(according to the mass of calcium nitrate),and added dropwise for 2 hours. After the
completion of the dropwise addition,it is sheared by a high speed shear for 5 min. Concrete performance test results show that the addition of NZ-01 can promote the formation of more C-S-H gel,accelerate the cement hydration process,significantly improve the early strength of concrete,while the late strength does not shrink,does not affect durability of concrete.
