混凝土黏度分子质量改性剂流变参数与应用性能研究

    摘要:研究了纤维素/醚系(VMA-1)、丙烯系(VMA-2)、温轮胶(VMA-3)等3种混凝土黏度改性剂(VMA)对掺标准型聚羧酸高性能减水剂(PCE)水泥浆体流变性能及混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,3种VMA达到一定的掺量时均可以改善水泥浆体的塑性黏度,其中以VMA-1的增黏效果最好;掺入VMA可以改善混凝土的分散性、保坍性及和易性,但会降低混凝土的早期强度。

Study on rheological parameters and application performance of viscosity modifying admixture for concrete

    Abstract:In this paper,three kinds of viscosity modifying admixtures for concrete(VMA) including cellulose/ether type
(VMA-1),propylene type(VMA-2) and warm wheel rubber(VMA-3) were studied for the influence of the rheological properties
of the cement paste with PCE and the performance of the concrete with PCE. The results showed that the plastic viscosity of the cement paste could be improved by the three kinds of VMA,and the viscosity-increasing effect of VMA-1 was the best. The addition of VMA could improve the dispersibility,dispersion retention and workability of concrete. But they also would reduce the early strength of the concrete.
