融雪剂盐冻侵蚀作用对沥青混合料性能影响及劣化机理研究

    摘要:采用贯入剪切试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、四点弯曲试验评价了NaCl、CaCl2、NaAC三种类型盐冻循环作用对沥青混合料高低温性能的影响,基于表面能理论、X-ray CT技术分析了盐冻循环侵蚀作用下沥青-集料界面粘附状况及微细观三维空隙结构的劣化机理。结果表明,经历15~20次盐冻循环后沥青混合料的高低温性能、疲劳性能衰减幅度趋于平缓。随着盐冻循环次数增加,沥青混合料的空隙率、平均空隙直径增大,盐冻侵蚀作用劣化了沥青-集料界面粘附状况、增大了沥青混合料内部的空隙率和平均空隙直径,最终导致混合料使用性能下降;建议优先选用NaAC型融雪剂。

Influence of snow melting agent salt-frost cycle erosion on macro-and microstructure performance of asphalt mixture and its deterioration mechanism

    Abstract:The effects of three types of salt freezing cycles of NaCl,CaCl2 and NaAC on the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture were evaluated by penetration shear test,low temperature trabecular bending test and four point bending test. Based on surface energy theory,X-ray CT technology,the adhesion mechanism of salt-freezing cycle to the asphalt-aggregate interface of asphalt mixture and the deterioration mechanism of microscopic three-dimensional void structure was analyzed. The results show that the high and low temperature performance and fatigue performance of the asphalt mixture tend to be flat after 15 to 20 salt freezing cycles. As the number of salt freezing cycles increases,the void ratio and average void diameter of the asphalt mixture increase,and the salt freeze erosion deteriorates the adhesion state of the asphalt-aggregate interface,increases the void ratio and the average void diameter inside the asphalt mixture. Eventually,the performance of the mixture is degraded. It is recommended to use NaAC type snow melting agent.
