橡塑复合改性沥青及其混合料性能研究

    摘要:以废旧橡胶粉和回收聚乙烯塑料(PE)为主要原材料生产湿法改性橡塑复合改性剂,研究了橡塑复合改性沥青的高低温性能和流变特性,及其混合料的路用性能和抗疲劳性能。结果表明,橡塑复合改性剂有效改善了沥青的高温性能,并充分发挥了橡胶沥青高粘高弹性和热塑性弹性体的高强性能;橡塑复合改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能满足冬严寒区使用性能要求;与5%SBS改性沥青相比,橡塑复合改性沥青的高温稳定性和水稳定性能更优,疲劳寿命对应变水平变化的敏感程度更低,耐久性更好。

Study on properties of rubber-plastic composite modified asphalt and asphalt mixture

    Abstract:Wet rubber-plastic composite modifier was produced by using used rubber powder and recycled polyethylene plastic as the main raw materials.The high and low temperature properties and rheological characteristics of rubber-plastic modified asphalt,and the road performance and anti-fatigue performance were studied. The results show that the rubber-plastic modifier can effectively improve the high temperature properties of asphalt,and give full play to the high viscosity and high elastic properties of rubber asphalt and the high strength of thermoplastic elastomers. The low-temperature anti-cracking performance of the rubber-plastic composite modified asphalt mixture meets the performance requirements of severe winter and cold areas. Compared with the 5% SBS modified asphalt,the high temperature stability and water stability of rubber alloy modified asphalt are superior,and the fatigue life is more sensitive to the change of strain level,and the durabilily is better.
