多种工业固废协同制备高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥的探索性研究

    摘要:以石油焦脱硫灰渣、粉煤灰为主要原料,电石渣、铝矾土为校正原料,一次烧成含CaSO4成分的高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥。确定了水泥熟料的烧成制度、矿物组成及含量,研究了其物理力学性能。结果表明,m(石油焦脱硫灰渣)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(电石渣)∶m(铝矾土)=3.65∶1.00∶2.72∶1.93时,固废利用率高达80%,熟料的烧成温度为1250~1325 ℃,保温时间为15~30 min,冷却方式为吹风快冷或(26±2) ℃室温下自然冷却;在最适宜的1300 ℃、30 min、吹风快冷条件下,制得的水泥熟料物理力学性能优异,初、终凝时间分别为20.1、30.6 min,1、3、7、28 d抗压强度分别为43.1、52.8、56.4、64.3 MPa。

Exploratory research on synergistic preparation of high belite sulphoaluminate cement with various industrial solid wastes

    Abstract:The high belite sulphoaluminate cement containing CaSO4 was prepared in one time by using petroleum coke desulfurization slag and fly ash as main raw materials,carbide slag and bauxite as correction raw materials. The calcination condition,mineralogical phase composition and content of the cement clinker were investigated and the physical and mechanical properties were also analyzed. The results showed that when the mass ratio was petroleum coke desulfurization slag:fly ash∶carbide slag∶bauxite=3.65∶1.00∶2.72∶1.93,the utilization ratio of solid wastes was up to 80%,and the sintering temperature of cement clinker ranged from 1250~1325 ℃,the holding time ranged 15~30 min,the cooling mode was blowing fast cooling or natural cooling at room temperature(26±2) ℃. Under the optimum conditions of 1300 ℃,30 min and blowing fast cooling,the physical and mechanical properties of cement clinker were excellent. The initial setting and final setting time were 20.1 min and 30.6 min,respectively. The compressive strength of cement clinker reached 43.1 MPa,52.8 MPa,56.4 MPa and 64.3 MPa on the 1 d,3 d,7 d and 28 d,respectively.
