纳米SiO2和PVA纤维增强地聚合物砂浆抗折强度研究

    摘要:研究了PVA纤维和纳米SiO2单掺及复掺对地聚合物砂浆抗折和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,PVA纤维和纳米SiO2对地聚合物砂浆的抗折和抗压强度有较大影响。无论单掺还是复掺,当纳米SiO2和PVA纤维掺量逐渐增加时,抗折强度均逐渐提高,而抗压强度先提高后降低。当纳米SiO2掺量为1.0%时,PVA纤维对地聚合物砂浆增强作用的最佳掺量为0.8%;当PVA纤维掺量为0.6%时,纳米SiO2对地聚合物砂浆增强作用的最佳掺量为1.5%。

Study on flexural strength of nano-SiO2 and PVA fiber reinforced geopolymer mortar

    Abstract:The effect of PVA fibers and nano-SiO2 on flexural strength and compressive strength of geopolymer mortar was discussed under the two conditions of single addition and mixed addition. The results show that nano-SiO2 and PVA fiber has great influence on flexural strength and compressive strength of geopolymer mortars. Whether on condition of single addition or mixed addition,with the increase of the content of nano-SiO2 and PVA fibers,the flexural strength remains unchanged,while the compressive strength increases gradually first,and then decreases. To obtain the best reinforcement of fibers and nano-particles,the optimal volume dosage of PVA fiber may be 0.8% when the content of nano-SiO2 is 1.0%,and the optimal content of nano-SiO2 may be 1.5% when the volume fraction of PVA fiber is 0.6%
