早强微膨胀水泥基灌浆料的制备

    摘要:研究了砂级配、水胶比、胶砂比、膨胀剂、减水剂、可再分散乳胶粉等各因素对水泥基灌浆料性能的影响,制得早强、高强、超大流动度的灌浆料。结果表明,胶砂比为1∶1.5,胶粉掺量2%,减水剂掺量为0.5%,膨胀剂掺量为0.1%~0.2%,水胶比为0.33时,灌浆料的各项性能最佳,初始流动度达到380 mm,90 min流动度为340 mm,28 d抗折强度达到12.62 MPa,抗压强度大于80 MPa。

Preparation of early strength micro-expansion cement-based grouting

    Abstract:Through the study of the influence of various factors such as gradation of sand,water-to-binder ratio,sand-binoler ratio,expansion agent,water reducing agent and re-dispersible emulsion powder on cement-based grouting,cement-based grout with early strength,high strength and super fluidity are obtained. The results showed,when the sand-binder ratio was 1∶1.5,the re-dispersible emulsion powder was 2%,the water reducing agent was 0.5% of the cementitious material,the expansion agent was 0.1%~0.2% of the cementitious material,and the water-to-binder ratio was 0.33,the performance of the grout is the best. The initial fluidity reached 380 mm,the retained fluidity reached 340 mm at 90 min,the flexural strength at 28 days reached 12.62 MPa,and the compressive strength was greater than 80 MPa.
