轻钢EPS轻混凝土墙体隔声性能试验研究

    摘要:轻钢EPS轻混凝土墙体是一种适用于各类建筑的具有显著工业化特点的新型轻质墙体,广泛应用于住宅、办公、学校、医院、旅馆等类型建筑的非承重墙体。隔声性能是墙体的重要指标之一。通过墙体隔声性能试验系统研究了影响轻钢EPS轻混凝土墙体隔声性能的因素。结果表明:轻钢EPS轻混凝土墙体与常规单层墙体的隔声特性不完全相同,轻混凝土的密度对墙体隔声性能影响显著,增加轻混凝土厚度对墙体隔声性能提高效果不明显。

    Abstract:Light steel gauge and EPS light concrete wall is a new type of lightweight wall with remarkable industrial characteristics suitable for various buildings. It is widely used in non-load-bearing walls and exterior walls of residential,office,school,hospital,hotel and other types of buildings. Acoustic insulation performance is one of the important indicators of the physical properties of the wall. In this paper,through the wall acoustic insulation test,the factors affecting the acoustic insulation performance of light steel light concrete wall are systematically studied. The research shows that the sound insulation characteristics of light steel gauge and EPS light concrete wall and conventional single-wall are not exactly the same,the density of light concrete has significant influence on the sound insulation performance,the effect of increasing the thickness of light concrete on the sound insulation performance of the wall is not obvious.
