提高陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土性能的配比优化

    摘要:研究了发气剂、玻璃纤维、激发剂、稳泡剂、减水剂、粉煤灰掺量及水胶比对陈积粉煤灰加气混凝土性能的影响。在符合GB 11968—2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》规定的抗压强度和干密度前提下,以更高的抗折强度作为优选配合比的原则。试验结果表明,最优配合比为水泥50%,粉煤灰50%,发气剂、玻璃纤维、激发剂、稳泡剂、减水剂掺量分别为水泥和粉煤灰总质量的0.7%、0.3%、0.9%、0.2%、1.1%,水胶比为0.23。

Optimization of the mixing ratio to improve the property of aged fly ash and sedimentary fly ash aerated concrete

    Abstract:The influences of aerating agent content,glass fiber content,activator content,foam stabilizing agent content,water reducing agent content,fly ash content and water-to-binder ratio on the properties of sedimentary fly ash aerated concrete are studied. The higher flexural strength is the principle of the preferred mixing ratio when complying with the compressive strength and dry density specified in the code GB 11968—2006 "Autoclaved aerated concrete block". The results show that the optimal mixing ratio is cement 50%,fly ash 50%,dosage of the aerating agent,glass fiber,activator,foam stabilizing agent and water reducing agent is 0.7%,0.3%,0.9%,0.2% and 1.1% of total mass of cement and fly ash,and water-to-binder ratio is 0.23.
