港珠澳大桥自防水混凝土的配制技术研究

摘要:依托港珠澳大桥具体工程实例,对海洋氯盐环境下大体积混凝土自防水的配合比设计进行了研究。通过试验确定胶凝材料用量、矿粉掺量、入模温度等参数对混凝土绝热温升、升温速率的影响,并结合混凝土抗渗性的试验结果,确定了符合设计要求的自防水混凝土配合比。

Study on self waterproofing concrete mixing technology for HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

Abstract:Based on the specific engineering examples of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the design of the mix ratio of large-volume concrete self-waterproof in the marine chlorine salt environment was studied. The effects of the gelled material dosage,mineral powder dosage,and the temperature of the mold on the adiabatic temperature rise and heating rate of concrete were determined through experiments. Combined with the test results of concrete impermeability,the self-waterproof concrete mix ratio meeting the design requirements was determined.
