木纹装饰纤维水泥砂浆板的制备工艺及性能研究

摘要:研究了木纹装饰纤维水泥砂浆板的配合比设计,并通过掺加聚丙烯纤维改善其力学性能及耐久性。结果表明:颜料用量在2 kg/m2时所制备的水泥砂浆板染色效果最好。聚丙烯纤维的掺入对水泥砂浆的力学性能、耐磨性和干缩性能均有不同程度的改善,且改善效果与纤维掺量有关。与基准组比较,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.2%时,砂浆的28 d抗压、抗折强度和耐磨性分别提高了17.2%、58.7%、36.9%,28 d收缩降低了18.3%。制备的水泥砂浆板具有良好的保色性。

Research on preparation and properties of wood grain decorative fiber cement mortar board

Abstract:The mix proportion design of wood grain decorative fiber cement mortar board was invested and its mechanical and durability performance were enhanced by adding polypropylene fiber. The obtained results indicate that when the dosage of pigment was 2 kg/m2,best dyeing effect was achieved. The mechanical property,abrasive resistance and drying shrinkage were improved by the addition of polypropylene fiber and the effect was related to the dosage of polypropylene fiber. Compared with base group,when 0.2% of polypropylene fiber was used,the 28 d compressive and flexural strengths increased 17.2%,58.7% respectively. The abrasive resistance was enhanced by 36.9% and the 28 d drying shrinkage reduced 18.3%. The cement mortar board had a good color preserving ability.
