轻质抹灰石膏砂浆的研究

摘要：研究不同种类的轻骨料及掺量、不同种类的纤维素醚及掺量、石膏粉掺量对轻质抹灰石膏砂浆性能的影响。结合实际工程应用情况和优化试验确定轻质抹灰石膏砂浆的配比。研究表明：配制轻质抹灰石膏宜采用轻质高强轻骨料，在降低砂浆密度的同时适当降低综合成本；为保证砂浆具有良好的施工性，宜采用中等黏度的纤维素醚；石膏粉掺量不宜过高，否则对砂浆整体性能有不利的影响。对试生产的轻质抹灰石膏砂浆进行试点工程应用，结果表明，该配比轻质抹灰石膏砂浆具有优良的施工性能，且硬化后的石膏砂浆墙面观感明显好于普通抹灰石膏砂浆，也可节约后续施工中细找平腻子的消耗量。

The research on the lightweight gypsum plaster for base coating

Abstract：The effects of different types of lightweight aggregate and dosages，cellulose ether and dosages，gypsum powder dosages on the performance of lightweight plastering gypsum mortar were studied. Combine the engineering application situation and optimization experiments to determine the proportion of lightweight gypsum plaster mortar. Studies have shown that：lightweight plastering gypsum should be made of high-strength lightweight aggregate，which can reduce the density of mortar while reducing the overall cost. To ensure the workability，the medium viscosity cellulose ether is suitable；the amount of gypsum powder should not be too high，the excessive amount of gypsum powder has an adverse effect on the overall performance of the mortar. The application of the light plastering gypsum mortar showed that the light plastering gypsum mortar with this ratio has excellent workability，and the surface of the gypsum mortar hardened is obviously better than that of the ordinary gypsum plaster，which can save the consumption of putty.
