快凝型水泥基饰面砂浆的性能研究

摘要：通过试验分析了高贝利特水泥用量对饰面砂浆性能的影响，并通过调整缓凝剂用量，测试缩短凝结时间对饰面砂浆性能及不同环境适应性的影响。结果表明，水泥用量为18%时，饰面砂浆强度符合JC/T 1024—2007《墙体饰面砂浆》的要求，泛碱面积较小，缩短饰面砂浆的凝结时间可明显提高饰面砂浆的强度和抗返碱性等，降低环境因素对饰面砂浆色差的影响。终凝时间小于120 min的快凝型水泥基饰面砂浆具有更好的环境适应性，装饰效果可达到色彩均匀、色调一致。

Study on performance of fast solidified cement based decorative mortar

Abstract：The effect of high beta cement dosage on the performance of decorative mortar was analyzed through the test. By adjusting the dosage of retarder，the effect of shortening the setting time on the performance of decorative mortar and the adaptability of different environment was tested. The test results show that the strength performance of decorative mortar can meet the requirements of JC/T 1024—2007 "Decorative render and plaster for wall" when the cement content is 18%，and the area of alkali is less. Shortening the setting time of the decorative mortar can obviously improve the strength and alkali resistance of the mortar and reduce the influence of environmental factors on the color difference of decorative mortar. Fast solidified cement based decorative mortar with final curing time less than 120 min has better environmental adaptability，decorative effect can achieve uniform decoration and hue consistency.
