活化城市生活垃圾焚烧底灰制备免烧砖的研究

摘要:将生活垃圾焚烧底灰进行了活化,并以其为原料,辅以预处理底灰、水泥、砂和外加剂压制免烧砖。在活化底灰粒径一定的条件下,研究了原料配比、水胶比、养护条件等对免烧砖力学性能的影响,探究了免烧砖的反应机理。结果表明:活化底灰中所含的长石类矿物减少、有机碳等组份分解,致使形成了内能较高的无定形结构。砖中C-S-H凝胶将水化产物相互胶结形成致密结构,使其力学性能得到提高。在活化底灰45%、预处理底灰25%、水泥11%、外加剂2%、砂17%,活化底灰的粒径为74 μm,物料水胶比为0.2,养护温度105 ℃,养护时间14 h的最佳工艺下制备的免烧砖,其性能达到JC/T 422—2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》中MU15要求。

Study on the preparation of unburned bricks with activated municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash

Abstract:The activated municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash was prepared and taken as raw material,supplemented with pretreated bottom ash,cement,sand and additive to pressurize unburned bricks. Under the certain fineness of the activated bottom ash,the influence of the raw material ratio,water-binder ratio and curing conditions on the mechanical properties of the bricks were analyzed. Moreover,the reaction mechanism of unburned bricks were further discussed. The results showed that: feldspar are reduced,and organic carbon are decomposed,forming a higher internal amorphous structure. C-S-H gel of unburned bricks and hydration products were mixed and polymerized,forming compact structure with high mechanical properties. Under the formula of activated bottom ash 45%,pretreated bottom ash 25%,cement 11%,admixture 2%,sand 17%,the optimization process conditions of unburned bricks were 14 h curing time at 105 ℃ and 74 μm of activated bottom ash as well as 0.2 water-to-binder ratio. The performance standards were in accordance with the requirements of JC/T 422—2007"non-sintered waste tailing brick"MU15.
