硅藻土在轻质板生产中的应用研究

摘要:以轻质多孔的硅藻土为原料部分替代石英砂,采用流浆法生产工艺制备轻质硅酸钙板。通过小试试验研究了硅藻土掺量对制品物理性能的影响。结合小试试验结果进行中试生产试验,进一步研究了硅藻土掺量对硅酸钙板物理性能及生产过程的影响。研究表明,当用硅藻土替代100%石英砂时制得板材的密度低至0.84 g/cm3,抗折强度为11.15 MPa,符合JC/T 564.1—2008中的D0.8~1.3-Ⅳ级抗折强度指标要求。用硅藻土生产硅酸钙板生产线的工艺设计需考虑提高脱水及烘干能力。

Application of diatomite in lightweight board production

Abstract:Lightweight calcium silicate board were prepared with light,porous diatomite as raw material partly replace quartz sand via the flow-on process. The effect of the different additions of the diatomite on the physical properties of product was investigated through moulded experiments. According to the experiment results of molding production experiment,further studied the effects of different additions of diatomite on the physical properties of calcium silicate board and production process. The results indicate that when replace 100% quartz sand with diatomite,the density and the flexural strength of the board were 0.84 g/cm3 and 11.15 MPa,which can meet the requirements of D0.8~1.3-Ⅳ(JC/T 564.1—2008). So the process design of calcium silicate board line using diatomite needs to consider raising dehydration and drying capacity.
