玻化微珠砂浆搅拌过程中骨料破损研究

摘要:通过对新拌玻化微珠砂浆中的骨料进行分离,分析不同搅拌条件下砂浆中骨料含量与破损情况。试验结果表明:新拌玻化微珠砂浆的骨料破损率随搅拌时间的延长而增大,当搅拌时间达到一定长度时,玻化微珠的破损率大幅增大;相比于立式搅拌机,卧式搅拌机能相对降低玻化微珠砂浆16.3%的粒径破损率,提高2.9%的骨料完好率;更高的搅拌机转速会加快骨料完好率降低的速率;玻化微珠砂浆的导热系数主要受粒径破损率影响。

Study on aggregate breakage during vitrification of glazed hollow bead mortar

Abstract:The aggregate content in the fresh glazed hollow bead mortar was separated. The aggregate content and damage situation in the mortar under different stirring conditions was analyzed. The test results show that the aggregate breakage rate of the fresh vitrified microbead mortar increasing steadily with the extension of the stirring time. When the stirring time reaches a certain length,the particle size breakage rate will increase greatly. Compared with the vertical mixer,the horizontal mixer can reduce the particle size breakage rate by 16.3% and increase the aggregate integrity rate by 2.9%. The higher mixer speed will accelerate the speed of reduction of aggregate integrity rate;the thermal conductivity of glazed hollow bead mortar is mainly affected by the particle size damage rate.
