膨胀石墨基复合相变材料的制备及其热湿性能研

摘要:采用熔融共混法将月桂酸和十四酸制成二元共晶系,以膨胀石墨为载体,通过熔融吸附法制备不同膨胀石墨掺量(5%、8%、10%、13%、15%)的定形相变材料。采用步冷曲线法和“干燥器-气候箱”法对膨胀石墨基复合相变材料的控温性能和吸湿性能进行测试,并用“归一法”对热湿性能进行综合评价。同时对膨胀石墨基复合相变材料的形貌、热物性和热稳定性进行测试表征。结果表明,当膨胀石墨掺量为13%时,其热湿综合性能达到最优,相变温度为32.22 ℃,相变潜热为151.7 J/g,具有良好的热稳定性。

Preparation and comprehensive properties of temperature and humidity of 
expanded graphite composite phase change material

Abstract:It used lauric acid(LA) and myristic acid(MA) mixed to the eutectic phase change material (PCM),expanded
graphite as the carrier,a kind of form stable phase change material with various mass fraction of expanded graphite(5%,8%,10%,13%,15%) was prepared by melt adsorption method. It tested the performance of temperature control and moisture absorption of the form stable phase change material by cooling-step curve and "dryer-climate box" method respectively,and them was evaluated comprehensively by the normalization method. At the same time,the morphology,thermal properties and thermal stability of the expanded graphite-based composite phase change materials were tested and analyzed. The experimental results show that when the amount of expanded graphite is 13%,the thermal and wet performance is optimal,the phase transition temperature is 32.22 ℃,and the latent heat of phase change is 151.7 J/g,which has good thermal stability.
